Our Mission
Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church has been a church in the Joplin Community for 104 years. We are a church comprised of sinners saved by grace (Romans 3:23). That while we were yet sinners Christ died for us (Romans 5:8). We gained our salvation by confessing with our mouth and believing in our heart that Christ died and rose on the third day morning (Romans 10:9-13) that we now have the gift of eternal life in Christ.
We believe that the door to salvation is always open and so are the doors to our church. Our mission is to be fully devoted to Jesus by opening our arms to those in search of the truth. We show God’s love and concern for our fellow man at every opportunity. Through works of charity and opening our doors to listen and love, we feel that we are walking in the footsteps of Jesus Christ.
